We have set a minimum stay length of two days. When you make the trip, we believe you deserve to experience the place for two nights. If you are a business, we also offer lunch-to-lunch stays during weekdays.

Frode Laupsa is a legend in the culinary world. An underground star known by most chefs. From ORO with Terje Ness and Sven Erik Renaa, Feinschmecker, Palace Grill, co-owner of Oscars Gate, Kulinarisk Akademi, Sjømagasinet, the National Culinary Team, and far too many other places.
