All stays with us are at least 3 nights. After a day or two, something happens.
You wake up to the view. Breakfast becomes the beginning of another adventure. You head outside, return with new stories, perhaps visit the sauna, and gradually start looking forward to dinner – to the food, the long table, and the conversations with old friends and new ones.

Andørja Lodge is your base camp. With our experienced local guides, the mountains, fjords, trails, and ocean outside your door become a playground for adventures large and small.
During your stay, all activities and guides are included. Whether hiking, mountain scrambling, trail running or mountain biking, nature is your playground.
The Recovery
Sometimes, doing less gives you more. Go hard when you want to. And when you need to, simply stop.
Access to sauna and wellness facilities are included in your stay.
The Dining
Adventure makes you hungry. Fortunately, food is an important part of the Andørja experience. Start the day with a breakfast you may remember almost as clearly as the mountain you climb afterward. For lunch, take Andørja with you: a freshly prepared sandwich, a thermos filled with local soup, hot coffee and everything you need for a day outside.
Breakfast, lunch and a 3-course dinner is included every day of your stay.
The Archipelago
Some adventures take place on Andørja. Other await across the fjord.
Our local guides have found the perfect peaks, trails and unexplored gems across the archipelago. All boat transportation is included in your stay.
A stay at Andørja Lodge
Welcome day
There is something special about arriving somewhere new – especially when you have traveled across the sea to get there.
At Andørja, we welcome you the Northern Norwegian way: warmly, informally, and with time to settle in. Perhaps with a drink or a local beer in your hand, we will introduce you to the lodge, the island, the weather forecast, and all the possibilities waiting outside.
After settling into in your cabin, you're welcome to explore the wellness area or go on a short walk along the coast before dinner is served.

A typical day
There is a rhythm to life at Andørja. Active, but never rushed. Social, but with room to be alone. Comfortable, but always close to the wild.
And somewhere between the mountains, meals, laughter, silence, and Arctic light, the lodge may begin to feel strangely familiar.

- Guided activities morning, afternoon or full day. Some days the activity will be on Andørja island, other somewhere in the surrounding archipelago
- Optional self-guided activities like fishing, hiking or nature watching
- Recover from the day's activities in the sauna, hot tub or cold plunge
- 3-course dinner at 19:30
Departure day
Eventually, there will be one last breakfast. One last look toward the mountains. One last walk from your cabin to The Shark House.
We will make your departure as seamless as your arrival, arranging comfortable transportation toward the airport and, whenever conditions allow, letting the journey by sea become one final Andørja adventure.

From the moment you arrive, your stay at Andørja Lodge is taken care of. Your attention can stay on the mountains and the sea, while we handle everything else.
The lodge is your base camp for the summits, islands and fjords of Northern Norway. Our team and guides take care of the details, so each day can unfold at its own pace.
