Located in the heart of Telemark, this Camp is a home for riders and a true reflection of the Norrøna spirit.
Our idea behind the culinary food concept is an invitation to explore nature and reconnect with the outdoors through food. Just as Norrøna’s gear is designed to take adventurers closer to the wild, our restaurant brings the essence of nature into the dining experience, offering an honest, rustic approach to cooking.
Our concept is grounded in the belief that the best flavors come from nature itself. By embracing open-fire cooking, we bring the raw, earthy flavors of the outdoors to life. The rich smokiness of a wood-fired stove, the charcoal essence, and the simplicity of fire-roasted vegetables and meats are at the heart of our dishes. Each bite transports our guests to the wilderness, evoking memories of adventures and the joy of being immersed in the natural world.
We believe in the power of simple, raw ingredients—those that grow from the earth, fueled by the seasons and local landscapes. The menu is built around the principles of sustainability, sourcing seasonal, locally-produced ingredients that not only taste better but also minimize environmental impact. By reducing waste and focusing on full utilization of every ingredient, we stay true to Norrøna’s commitment to preserving the environment.

We can tailor your company gathering, event, kick-off, birthday or party. Plenty of space for groups of up to 34 people and lots of space in the lounge for meeting activities.

Breakfast
You get a fantastic breakfast that you partially prepare yourself. In addition to fresh bread, fruit, cereal and juices, eggs, bacon, pancakes and sausages can be fried on the table grills.
Lunch
After a few hours of cycling, we’ll return to the camp so you can take a rest in your yurt. Or, you can take a relaxing swim and sauna session followed by a warm and delicious lunch to replenish your energy before the next round of biking begins.
Dinner
After a full day of exploration, you can head to the sauna or spa before a fantastic meal is served. Dinners are prepared with fresh Norwegian ingredients with vegan options available.
Drink
Despite our seclusion, we keep the luxury additions well stocked. Our guests can choose from a nice selection of red and white wines in addition to Champagne.
Morning coffee
To provide our guests a pleasant start to the day, we serve freshly brewed coffee to their yurt. The high quality coffee beans are ground with a large manual hand grinder that is nearly 100 years old. The aromatic ground beans are then brewed in a French press guaranteed to awaken both you and your taste buds.
