Cancellation policy 1-3 people

• We are a small hotel and booking are often made up to one year in advance. 
• Bookings are payable in full amount when ordered
• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival is possible without and a full refund is given deducted an amendment fee of NOK 400.

• When canceling a reservation between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 50 % of the lease sum will be refunded.

• There is no refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.

• If you have made a payment with Klarna, the refund will also be made with Klarna. If there is any issues with the refunds, please contact Klarna customer service

We will do our best to try and re-sell your spot or change dates upon request and availability. We highly recommend having a form of cancellation insurance in case of sickness or unforeseen complications. We also highly recommend travel insurance that will cover any medical bills or emergency transport in case of an accident. Riding with us is done at your own risk.

Force majeure

Canvas Hove cannot be held liable for stays canceled due to force majeure (natural catastrophes, strike, acts of war, riots or similar occurrences)
