Varg is now undergoing a thoroughly refurbishment to transfer her into a modern adventure platform. With 62 feet (20 meters) and 43 tonnes she is already fully insulated and constructed to withstand solid ice impact and gailforce winds.
On deck the 23 meter mast with two furling front sails and single handed rigging. To propell it all, a new Volvo D4, a generator and plenty of lithium batterycells secures reliable sources of energy while sailing and a quiet ship when moored.
Our ambition is adding solutions to meet the demanding adventures that Northern Norway has to offer. For instance, a large and waterproof steel box where your skis stays secured and dry out of the elements is available on deck.
