Two exclusive days with Vibeke Klementsen, founder of Run & Relax. Join yoga- and breathing sessions lead by Vibeke, and hear her speak on the importance of nature.

I'm so exited to welcome you to this weekend at Norrøna Canvas. On this retreat we let nature be the framework – the body be the compass. We will move, breathe, bike, sauna, eat well and cozy up by the bonfire. Most important we will give ourselves space to just be. Space to de-stress. Space to feel. Space to be outside – make our body our home. There is no pressure to perform this weekend. Just show up as your authentic self.

 

Stay includes:

  • Overnight: Enjoy two nights at Norrøna's Canvas Telemark
  • Meals: All meals are included – breakfast every day, healthy lunch and delicious 3-course dinners.
  • Yoga & wellness: Join the yoga- and breathing sessions led by Vibeke, and hear her talk about the meaning of nature.
  • Mini-adventure: Choose an activity to explore the amazing nature surroundings, a hike, trail running, guided bike trail excursions, or calm meditations by the camp

Day 1 – Friday | Arrival og landing

  • 16:00 Arrival to parking lot – bag is picked up.

  • Relaxed wandering to the camp (ca. 30 min).

  • 16:30 Check-in and welcome to Norrøna Canvas.

  • 17:30–18:30 Introductary yoga session – «Arrival». Soft and grounding flow focused on breathing, hips and intentions for the weekend.

  • 19:00 Sauna og tub (optional).

  • 20:30 3-course dinner.

  • 21:30 Bonfire (casual gathering if you want to join).

Day 2 – Saturday | Nature and expansion

  • 08:00 Coffee delivered to your door.

  • 08:30–09:45 Morning float – «Energy and anchoring». Dynamic pratice with sun greetings, strength and breathing.

  • 10:00 Breakfast.

  • 11:30–14:30 Mini-adventure: Guided trail bike tour. Stops with breath work and nature meditation along the way.

  • 14:30 Lunch.

  • 16:30–17:30 Talk with Vibeke: «The meaning of Nature» (NB Norwegian) – reflection and Q&A.

  • 18:00 Sauna og tubbing.

  • 19:30 3-course dinner.

  • 21:00 Bonfire.

Day 3 – Sunday | Integration and journey home

  • 08:00 Coffee delivered to your door.

  • 08:30–09:45 Final practice – «Integate». Slow-paced practice with restorative elements and extended tension release.

  • 10:00 Breakfast.

  • 11:00 Guided bike tour.

  • 12:30 Lunch.

  • 13:00 Check-out and baggage transport / Journey home.
