Seasonal Activities
Your day. Your adventure.
Guided activities in intimate groups of 6 guests are included in your stay.
Andørja is where your journey begins. From here, hike, ski, run, fish, explore. Ascend to one of the many peaks on Andørja one day. Travel by boat to explore the neighbouring islands the next. Or simply slow down and take in the Arctic light.
Changing seasons. A thousand reasons to return. Because up here, adventure is not an activity on the schedule. It is simply how we spend the day.

Summer
Peak Season
From June through September, the Arctic summer brings seemingly endless days and the magic of the midnight sun. Hike into the mountains. Scramble toward a summit. Run narrow trails above the fjords. Conquer the peaks in Arctic midnight sun.
Winter
Trailing the Northern Lights
From November through January, Andørja enters another world. The landscape becomes quieter, darker, and more intimate. Take slow walks close to the lodge. Gather around the fire. Enjoy long meals and good conversations. Then step outside into the Arctic night, far from the lights of the city, and look towards the sky.
Ski
True freeride spirit
Then comes the season we dream about all year. From February through May, the mountains around Andørja become an extraordinary playground for ski touring. Choose a gentle tour or aim higher. Climb through fresh snow toward a summit and, on the right day, leave your own tracks all the way back toward the sea.
Across the seasons
Adventures at the feet of the mountains
In between the ascents, it's time to wind down and explore at the lodge. Go fishing. Kayak along the shore. Grab your camera and capture the scenery. Perhaps you want to freedive, and study the wildlife under the sea. We have many self-guided activities included in your stay to enrich every experience.
